You can count on us being there from beginning to end. ABOUT JOHN AND LYDIA John: Received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University. Working in the High Tech industry from 1978 to 1995, his primary responsibilities were in Corporate Finance negotiating and troubleshooting domestic and international accounts. He began his real estate career working with real estate investors, and obtained his license in 1994. He has worked with prestigious companies such as, Contempo Realty, Cornish & Carey (Coldwell Banker), and is presently with Alain Pinel Realtors. Lydia: Graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Guam with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Business and Hotel Management. She worked in the Customer Service business for over 16 years, owned and operated Video Regency in Palo Alto for 12 years. Primary responsibilities were to Manage all aspects of the business, Negotiated Contracts with Vendors, and provide services to the Customers. She began her Real Estate career in 1997 as a licensed salesperson. She has worked with prestigious companies such as, Contempo Realty, Cornish & Carey (Coldwell Banker), and is presently with Alain Pinel Realtors. With over 30 years of combined sales experience, we have extensive experience negotiating win-win solutions for our clients. We believe HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY, and it’s the standard we practice.
