2. EXPERIENCE: 30+ years of combined Real Estate experience helping clients buy and sell property throughout the mid-peninsula. Over the years we have worked through many different scenarios and learned how to create win-win solutions for all parties involved.

From Pre-Market Preparation and Negotiating with the various Contractors to Strategizing on appropriate Sales Techniques and Successfully Closing the Escrow. ABOUT JOHN AND LYDIA
John: Received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University. Working in the High Tech industry from 1978 to 1995, his primary responsibilities were in Corporate Finance negotiating and troubleshooting domestic and international accounts. He began his real estate career working with real estate investors, and obtained his license in 1994. He has worked with prestigious companies such as, Contempo Realty, Cornish & Carey (Coldwell Banker), and is presently with Alain Pinel Realtors.
Lydia: Graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Guam with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Business and Hotel Management. She worked in the Customer Service business for over 16 years, owned and operated Video Regency in Palo Alto for 12 years. Primary responsibilities were to Manage all aspects of the business, Negotiated Contracts with Vendors, and provide services to the Customers. She began her Real Estate career in 1997 as a licensed salesperson. She has worked with prestigious companies such as, Contempo Realty, Cornish & Carey (Coldwell Banker), and is presently with Alain Pinel Realtors.
